Her professional practice focuses primarily on advising clients in the operations of both local and foreign corporations, and matters relating to banking law, intellectual property, and immigration cases.
Prior to joining the firm as a senior associate, she worked as a lawyer in a prestigious law firm, where she assisted clients on specialized matters of Banking and Financial Law, Real Estate Law, Corporate Law, Business Law, Intellectual Property, and Contracts. She also worked in two of the main banks in the country, where she acquired experience in banking, drafting od contracts, and real estate law.
Ms. Rosalil Cuello has relevant experience in the formalization and maintenance of corporate structures in different jurisdictions, as well as providing legal support to companies in their daily operations and corporate transactions, including the adaptation, transformation, updating, and restructuring of companies, celebration of assemblies and meetings of the Board of Directors, dissolution, and liquidation of local and foreign companies. She also provides advice on the registration and renewal of names, trademarks and logos.
She assists clients in the review and drafting of all types of contracts. On immigration cases, she advises foreign clients who wish to establish residence in the Dominican Republic.
Law Degree from Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), with academic honors - Magna Cum Laude - (2005). She completed postgraduate studies in International Trade Law at Universidad APEC (2007) and a master’s degree in international relations at Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) (2010).
