His practice focuses on advising clients on real estate and registry law, as well as civil, commercial, and real estate litigation.

Professional Career and Work Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fernando Casado worked at the Registry Support Unit (UAR) of the Title Deed Registry of the Distrito Nacional, in the implementation of the System for Management and Automatization of Registration for Title Deed Registries. He also worked at important law firms in the Dominican Republic, specializing in real estate law.

He has actively participated in the development of projects in the energy and mining sector and has relevant experience in the regularization of lands for the establishment of renewable energy parks.

Education 

Law Degree from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU) (2016). Subsequently, he completed a Master of Laws Degree in Procedural Tax Law at the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD).
