Her professional practice focuses on assisting clients on litigation in civil law, commercial, labor, real estate, constitutional law, and administrative law. She also advises clients on regulatory matters related to telecommunications and energy sectors.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked at a prestigious law firm where she assisted clients in matters relating to telecommunications law, as well as litigations of civil, commercial, and labor nature. At De Camps, Vásquez & Valera she held the position of head of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department and is currently the Partner in charge of said department.
Ms. De Camps Contreras works with real estate developers, investors in tourism, nonprofit organizations, State entities and goods and services suppliers, in transactions and complex litigations at courts of different jurisdictions.
In regulatory matters, she has advised clients of the energy and telecommunication sector from the installation of their projects to the beginning of formal operations. She has represented high profile telecommunication companies in administrative proceedings before the Instituto Dominicano de Telecomunicaciones (INDOTEL). She has also advised and assisted governmental institutions in the drafting of complementary regulation.

Law Degree from Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), with academic honors - Magna Cum Laude - (2003). Subsequently, she obtained Master of Laws degrees (LLM) in “Telecommunication Law and Information Technology” at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (2004); in “Economic Regulation” at Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (2008), and in “Constitutional Law and Public Law” at Universidad Castilla La Mancha (2012).
