He has experience in Arbitration - Dispute Resolution and Litigation; Family and Property Law; Business Law; Labor Law and Real Estate Practice. He works at the Litigation Department of the Firm, providing advice to clients in the areas of Civil Law, Civil Procedure, Labor and Real Estate. He has contributed in consulting, implementation of loan agreements, Inscription of Mortgages and the execution process of Judicial Collections for various nationally renowned financial intermediation entities.
Professional Career and Work Experience
From the beginning of his career, he has worked as an expert lawyer in litigation matters. Prior to joining De Camps, Vasquez and Valera he worked as manager of the Judicial Collections Department, and part of the staff of lawyers who formed the Litigation Department of a prestigious firm, where he acquired experience in civil rights, civil procedure and execution of judicial collections. He has been an associate lawyer of the Firm since 2018, providing advice to clients and assisting them in all types of civil, labor and real estate processes.
Education and Recognitions
He studied law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (2013). Additionally, he has completed several diplomas, courses, seminars and workshops on topics related to Civil Law, Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, Real Estate and Constitutional Litigation.
