Professional Career and Experience

Her practice centers on the review and negotiation of contracts within the field of business law. She has participated in due diligence processes and the preparation of legal opinions in corporate, civil, and administrative matters. She has also collaborated in the management of permits and authorizations before government agencies, a key component in the successful development of investment and energy projects.

In addition, she has taken part in civil, commercial, and administrative litigation, complementing her transactional background with valuable contentious experience.

Education and Recognitions

Law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE), graduating Summa Cum Laude (2024). During her studies, she stood out for her leadership in student organizations, serving as President of the Law Students’ Association at her faculty.

She has enhanced her academic background through national and international programs, including the Summer Course on Private International Law at the Hague Academy of International Law (The Netherlands, 2024) and the Cornell–Paris 1 Summer Institute at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France, 2025).
