She has experience on incorporation and dissolution of companies; drafting of civil and commercial agreements; drafting of due diligence reports for the acquisition and sale of assets and real estate properties, as well as in litigation specialized in civil and commercial matters.

Professional Career and Work Experience

Prior to joining the firm, she worked in a multidisciplinary law firm where she acquired experience on corporate and civil law, as well as in real estate procedures before the real estate jurisdiction.

Education

Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), graduating with honors - Summa Cum Laude - (2022). While studying, she was the communications secretary of the Law Students Committee (CED-PUCMM) (2019-2020).

She is currently completing the Diplôme Supérieur d'Université en Droit Civil (University Superior Diploma in Civil Law) equivalent to Master 1, from the Paris II Panthéon – Assas University, based in Paris, France.
