Her professional practice is focused on advising clients in civil law, from drafting of contracts to specialized litigation on civil law matters, as well as on the acquisition of real state property and immigration matters. She also advises local and foreign corporations on their day-to-day operations.

Professional Career and Work Experience

Prior to joining the firm, she worked in a multidisciplinary law firm where she acquired experience in corporate and civil law, as well as in real estate procedures before the real estate jurisdiction.

She has experience on incorporation and dissolution of companies; drafting of civil and commercial agreements; drafting of due diligence reports for the acquisition and sale of assets and real estate properties, as well as in litigation specialized in civil and commercial matters. On immigration cases, she advises foreign clients who wish to establish residence in the Dominican Republic.

Education

Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), graduating with honors - Summa Cum Laude - (2020). She later obtained a Diplôme Supérieur d'Université en Droit Civil (University Superior Diploma in Civil Law) equivalent to Master 1 with a Bien Mention -Magna Cum Laude Honors- (2023), from the Paris II Panthéon – Assas University, based in Paris, France.
